خطا موقع آپدیت Gradle

سلام وقت بخیر..
من یه پروژه با اندروید استودیو میخوام اجرا کنم، یه خطا میده.هرچیم فیلتر شکن اجرا میکنم برای آپدیتش فایده نداره..
